The gated complex contains a large swimming pool (open June 1st through to September 30th) and a parking space for one car.

Located in St Cyprien Plage, to the south of Perpignan, the apartment is close to the local sandy beaches, the local commercial centre containing shops, bars and restaurants, and the busy port of St Cyprien with its daily fresh fish market and large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Perpignan is just twenty five minutes away, as is the airport which runs a daily service throughout the summer to/from Stansted with RyanAir.

RyanAir also fly to Beziers, Carcassone and Girona all of which are about 90 minutes away.

The ski resort of Font Romeau in the Pyrenees is within 90 minutes and it is possible to leave the apartment at 7.30am, be on the ski slopes by 9am, have some lunch and be back on the beach sunbathing by 3pm. We know – we`ve done it!

The Spanish border is within 40 minutes with duty free shopping available at Perthus on the French side and La Jonquera on the Spanish side. Alternatively, you can drive down the coast all the way to Port Bou, with the coast road offering some of the most fantastic views and passing through some pretty towns along the way.
